Over the past 6+ years I have been living my dream job. It was fantastic. Now I am transitioning into a new adventure and at the same time working to get back on track in my photography and design skills. Creating has always been a passion for me, so it is past time to get back to it. You will see some updates to the website and facebook page over the next few weeks. Please follow along and let me know if there are any glitches. I have continued to shoot as an outlet for myself the past 6 years. I am working to incorporate some of the new work into the website. I have also realized the cycling events which I am so happy to shoot, are really more for myself to hone in on skills and to celebrate similar passions with other cyclists. By capturing their moment as amateur and pro racers alike, the joy is really for them and their sense of accomplishment. I have gotten into the habit of posting more “event” galleries on the Facebook page to encourage the cyclist to share, like, and comment on their action moments. Instagram and Facebook are about being social and being proud of those moments. I am always ecstatic when someone captures a new image of myself looking like I actually know what I am doing in racing, like the image here, one of those moments captured by @vassman11 📸! It makes me happy to see me in photos too. I will continue to allow facebook and instagram shares with cycling galleries posted on Facebook. For sponsor or team pages I do ask that they follow the rules and contact me before usage. More to come about cycling, climbing, mountains, bike polo, leaving Trek, Shimano the pug, van life and all the other adventures that I realized attribute to my success as a designer and photographer.
