I am so excited its Friday and Sunday I along with my photo assistant (Laura) will be heading to Greenville South Carolina to shoot this years Pro Cycling Championships. As always I look forward to shooting races because it combines the two passions cycling and photography. This year I will be shooting for a few teams including Kenda Pro Cycling once again. The field sounds to be a bit smaller than last year with under 100 riders. Favorites like returning champion George Hincapie will be there along with former National Champ Levi Leipheimer. Other cyclist to watch include Ted King, Taylor Phinney, Craig Lewis, Rob Bush, Danny Pate, and more. I hope to see John Murphy of BMC out there too. It will be so much fun. I will not be able to make it to the Time Trial, although I am expecting Dave Zabriskie to run away with it again just like last year. The TT Course fits him very well. Look for me shooting the finish and hopefully up on Paris Mountain. Laura and I also are planning to be at the Hincapie Sports After party, which is always awesome to see what is in store for this season. Although this is also the time where Laura picks out the entire Hincapie line and asks for it for Christmas.
